At MINIM Watches, we take care to ensure every order is processed efficiently and delivered safely, wherever you are in the world.

Order Processing

Pre-Order Items
For pre-orders of the MN01, components are expected to arrive by December 2025, with assembly and shipping scheduled for April 2026. We’ll provide updates throughout production and notify you once your watch has shipped.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom via trusted international couriers.
Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship worldwide, excluding the following countries:

  • Russia

  • Ukraine

  • North Korea

Orders placed with delivery addresses in these regions will be cancelled and refunded (minus applicable payment processing fees).

Pricing and Shipping Costs

All listed prices on our website are final and inclusive of worldwide shipping.
There are no additional shipping or handling fees at checkout. Below prices are for MINIM's debut model MN01 pre-order: 

  • United Kingdom: £1199 (including VAT - DDP)

  • Rest of World: £1199 (excluding VAT, import duties, and any local taxes - DDU)

  • United States: US$1,599 (including tariff absorption; excludes any other taxes, local charges, customs fees and import duties - DDP)

All excluded charges will be collected by the shipping carrier or customs authority upon delivery.  

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Please note that all watches ship from the UK, and you are responsible for any customs, import, brokerage, or tax fees (unless otherwise stated)once the parcel reaches your destination country.
MINIM is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by your local customs authorities.

Where possible, we aim to minimise import costs by selecting the most efficient shipping and customs routes.

Remote Area Surcharge

If your delivery address is classified as a remote area by the courier, a £50 surcharge may apply.

Alternatively, we can ship via postal service to avoid this charge, though delivery times may vary.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.


Orders placed with a P.O. box address will be cancelled and refunded (minus an 8% processing fee to cover transaction costs).

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@minimwatches.com with your name and order number.
